“What's the Wi‑Fi?” “Is there gluten in this?” The answers are on the tag. Guests tap or scan and get the menu, allergens and Wi‑Fi on their own phone, without an app.
Add categories, dishes, prices and photos in the dashboard. Paste your existing menu or take a photo of it, and the AI import fills in a draft for you to check. Changes show up at once – no reprinting when the price of a cinnamon bun changes.
Every dish can be marked with the 14 allergens EU law requires information about, and as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or lactose-free. The menu always says “Ask the staff about allergens”: Foodians is a supplement, and responsibility for allergen information stays with you under the Swedish Food Agency's rules.
The guest sees the network name and copies the password with one tap. There's also a QR code another phone can scan to join directly. No login portal and no personal data – just the password.
Every tag has both NFC and a printed QR code. NFC works on iPhone XS and later and on nearly every Android phone; everyone else scans the QR code with the camera. You can print tags yourself at no cost, or order finished table stands and stickers with your logo.
The guest page's buttons and texts come in Swedish and English, and guests can switch language themselves.
